Service Description

Join the Apple Core Project for an afternoon of grafting at the Naturita Community Center in Naturita on Saturday, April 22nd. In this class you will learn how to graft apple trees and explore fruit growing history in the region. You will receive up to 3 rootstock & scion, a grafting knife and new growth cuttings (scion) + wax and bands for the trees. Up to 10 more rootstocks or scion may be purchased online (go to applecoreproject.org/shop-1) or if you want to order special varieties of scion, please email us by April 1st.
